Editorial Process
Zawiya-e-Taḥqīq follows a systematic review and publication policy. It follows a double blind peer review policy. The article is sent to two experts in their respective fields to review the paper in light of the journal's guidelines and features of a quality research paper. If the reviewers suggest some changes, the same suggestions will be forwarded to the authors to ensure the quality of the articles, and after that, revised articles will be accepted. The publication process is as follows:
- The submitted manuscript is acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
- The manuscript/paper is sent to two reviewers without the name and affiliations of the author(s). The review process takes a maximum of two weeks.
- The review reports are collected from the reviewers, and are sent to the authors for changes.
- The authors are informed initially about the decision of the editorial board regarding the acceptance or rejection of the article. All articles accepted by the Editorial Board of the journal are then sent for Peer Review.
- Two double-blind peer review reports are taken, one from Pakistan and the other from a foreign country.
- The accepted paper is processed for publication after completing the journal's terms and conditions (soft copy). The acceptance letter is issued to the corresponding author.
- It is the responsibility of the author/s to make sure that there are no errors and omissions. The editorial board is not responsible for make any corrections related to language and content. It is advised that the authors use some software may be used to remove any grammatical and syntax errors.
The accepted papers are uploaded online in due course of time. The website has the details of the current and the previous issues of the journal. The authors can keep a track of their research papers.
